The concierge told us that Diamond Head was about four miles away from the hotel, and we knew Waikiki Beach was about a fifteen minute walk. We decided to take the hotel shuttle up to the beach and walk the rest of the way. Things probably would've gone more smoothly if it weren't for such a steep walk to the monument. Okay, might as well get started on the picture posts now since I have nothing better to do. That and I'm still suffering from withdrawls.

These would probably be the least interesting of the batch, I guess. For the first couple of days, we walked around most of the time, so we could get a feel for the place a bit.
