I've fallen in love with these boys all over again and really really wanted to write a post-series reunion fic for Luke & Noah but didn't think I'd find the words to do it justice (lol, Noah Moment right there! ;)). Instead I decided to make a fanmix that I feel reflects the journey these two took after the events of the show. :) Enjoy!
