Somehow, Zhores managed to find him a decent package of Turkish coffee and a Cezve. He's not sure how he did it himself.

Cielo doesn't get him another cd since Kuhn got him one last year, but! He does try really hard to cook him a nice cave/labbeast meal!

...it's only a little overdone.

Zhores got Cielo a proper coat, since yanno, the whole not wearing pants in the winter thing.

Zhores got Ferdinand the trashiest novel in the library. This might in fact be twilight.

Zhores spent damn near forever trying to think of something that wasn't an American stereotype but still might be significant/useful to America... and eventually he gave up.

Somewhere along the way he managed to find a good quality handgun, and got it back into the best condition it had ever been. Ignoring the basic question of how a librarian has the skills and possibly a little bit of a gun nut streak to do that, it really is a nice weapon.
