so i am back from nola. in short, it was great. i dont know why but ive been kind of in a funk since i got back, just tired and my head feels all weird and foggy and im just lethargic or something (which i suppose is not that different than how i ususally feel) and as great a time as i had, i dont really feel like talking about it or going into

personally, i think the reason you were able to do so much (ra wise) when you were down there could be from that little part in the back of your mind that you know nothing about that said to the rest of your body that this is something you need to and can do. plus the weather down there is very different and that could also have helped. a change in climate can do wonders for different ailments, and that might be something to look into if you really want to get out of boston(don't know if you do or not
