Secluded lakes and Dean are now added to my list of favorite things to do while on the road. The feel of that man’s hands and lips on me is something I never thought I’d feel. And they say you gain more senses when you become a vampire ( Read more... )

I turn my head slightly to kiss her forehead. I was going to protest and tell her that I can still drive for awhile. But the truth of it was I was wiped and closing my eyes even if for just a few minutes sounded like heaven. "Okay baby, I'll pull off ahead and you can drive. Just promise to be careful with her, she's alot more fragile than she seems."

I pull the Impala off to the side of the road and get out of the car and stretch. Walking around to the other side I hold the door open as Lenore gets out, as she passes me I lightly smack her on the ass and grinning duck into the car.

He mumbles something about being careful and I nod, yesing him to death and knowing that it was the best thing to do. I'll never understand men and their cars; Dean was no exception.

Dean pulls the car over and I watch as he gets up and stretches, slipping out of the car to follow in his actions. "Better," I murmur, slipping past him to get into the drivers side, laughing as he smacks me. "As if you didn't have enough of that."

I slip into the drivers seat and get comfortable, tucking one leg under me and shifting the car back into drive. "Just relax, Dean. I know how to drive, just get some sleep." I lean over and kiss his cheek, turning back to the road as Dean leans to change the station again.

I grin and shake my head again at her odd driving position, but say nothing. Grabbing my sunglasses from the glove box I spread myself as much as I can and lay my head against the window, using my arm as a pillow.
right before I drift off I mumble "Just don't get pulled over, I don't want to have to explain why there's a dead chick driving my car."

"Or why I'm driving a wanted man in a classic car." I watch out of the corner of my eye as Dean settles himself in the seat. I'm glad he didn't argue with me, the last thing I wanted to do was to fall asleep and see that demon brother of his and those nightmares again.

I rest my hand on the bottom of the wheel, my elbow propped up on the edge of the door as we head down the highway, pushing the Impala towards eighty. We'll be fine, this time of day there aren't any cops.

Cracking my neck, I sigh, running my fingers roughly through my hair, feeling the wind whip my hair around as I hear Dean breathing deeply.
