hey! guess what, folks, z's back in town and she brought socks and pasalubong (tuyo and noodles and liver spread and cornicks!) and gave 'em to me. i shall snap pictures of my socks, one of which i especially adore, and post them here later. like, say, tomorrow afternoon? it's not as though i have something better to do.

My summer is okay. I hope you're enjoying yours.

I've been reading lots of yaoi's lately and I think I'm a fan of the Harry/Draco shipping. X3

I'm so behind on the Harry Potter series. I stopped reading after the 4th one which I like a lot. OMG! The seventh one is coming soon. Have fun reading it!!!

haha i'm liking my summer, thank you; i've yet to figure out how to enjoy it thoroughly, though. :p

OOH YAOI. have you read in tryant falls in love? anyway, i liked it loads; it's licensed by dramaqueen already, and unfortunately only Volume One is out. anyway, the story's nothing serious--if you want a lighthearted and hot read, then i'm pretty sure you'll like it. the summit's also good; beautiful boys artwork, and the story's a bit cliche but it's engaging enough that you don't THINK it's cliche. BUT the good thing about the summit is it's like, 16+ rated, so i can buy it without the need to pretend i'm 18. (oops, did i just say that? haha. THIS NEVER HAPPENED ( ... )

haha yes you are my one and only HP friend! i believe that warrants an award and lots of smishes. :3

oh my god, laura, you wouldn't believe half the stuff that's circulating in the HP fandom. i've only really gotten myself involved in the H/D fandom, specifically, and dude sometimes i can't even HANDLE it. do you wonder if you participate in the hp fandom in its entirety? YOU'D GO CRAZY. it's like, a career.

seriously, lurking in the hp fandom is, um, serious business. :p there's WANK (read: drama o dramaaaa) and if you're not careful, your virgin eyes WILL stumble upon some horrible fanfiction! by the way, there are so much hp fanfiction out there--some disturbing, some are not. i was lucky enough to read the well-written ones. :p

haha. also, the harry potter pairings in fandom can get weird. just picture this: harry potter and severus snape = in love.

(okay, i'm pretty sure someone's out there mocking me for fangirling harry and draco but whatever! harry potter and severus snape is like, like. 100 PERCENT WEIRDNESS.)
