I'm sorry everything seems like its falling apart. Sometimes, I get confused as to why this is called the happiest time of the year, because it always seems to be the most stressful for everyone. I hope you get through it ok. I'm also sorry your residents are being shits, you deserve better than that. I can say from experience, you are an excellent RA. What can I say, regular freshman just aren't as swell as J.Progs ;)
