if i dreamed transportation metaphors that represented my journey, it would be something like a lost ship navigated by a bewildered captian who set off on the right path, and followed it for quite a bit until losing his way sometime recently and now he just draws circles in the water in wide patterns that appear to take him further along on the journey until he realizes it's right back at the point where he realized he was lost cuz he recognizes a dirty old tree branch sticking out of the water with seaweed trailing in the flow. knowhatimean?
I don't know if it's a metaphor for a journey, but could be...I don't pretend to know what dreams mean(if anything). It was a very strange feeling, slowly cease to exist. Almost like dying(which I've done in dreams before, though some people say you can't).
Anyways, if you are a bewildered captain, at least you're salty by this point.
well, to me the theme of your dream seems to be transition, like maybe that slowly ceasing to exist feeling is correlated to the ending one stage and the beginning of a new stage in life. again, that is if we're assuming dreams have meaning and are capable of representing metaphors for the dreamer's life...

No I think I understand.
