damn it i convinced myself that since i was taking antibiotics i had to eat because i fear getting an ulcer. so after not eating all of yesterday and being really close to having at least a 24 hour fast i ate really late at night with my pill. argh and then i ate today..problem is when i eat i cant restrict. its weird i either binge or i fast. does

i did that exact same thing when i was on antibiotics. It sucked coz i gained about 4 pounds over 5 weeks. But at that stage I would have considered myself bulimic - i either fasted or binged.

But ive found my way back to restriction again, which i find far less stressful!! Its hard to get into that restriction mode sometimes, but youve just got to try ev3erything you can to phase out the bingeing auntil you find something that works...

yeah i have the exact freaking problem sometimes and it sucks ...i found slowly restricting food the days up to a fast helps alot. :P
