First of all, HELP!!!!! Anyone know how long to cook meatloaf?!?!?! I made it and threw it in the oven on 350* knowing how to make it and was all, "I'll look it up in my cook book to know how long," and my COOK BOOK is in ILLINOIS with that ASSHOLE ( Read more... )

ok, meat loaf - it depends on the thickness and whatnot - but usually about an our and a half or so.. if all else fails, cut it in half in an hour and see if its still raw? if you cover it it will cook a bit faster too.

I ended cooking it about an hour. It could have been in longer, but I've neve rliked me meat thoroughly cooked so it works. lol (My parents caught me eating ground sirloin raw as a child SEVERAL times...) I'm sure it's due to having no iron, but I will now. It turned out quite well if I do say so myself. *oinks like a pig*
