I got up early(ish) this morning and tried to remember the phrase "early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" but what I got first was "early to rise, early to bed, makes a man healthy, wealthy and dead". Not that either of those is necessarily true

We got some helpful info from it, but in the end we just fed him as much as he wanted when he wanted, kept up a regular bedtime routine, and he worked it out himself.
