It looks like they charge $129.99 for a diagnostic service (is that when two agnostics look at your computer?), and $299.99 for diagnostic and repair service. I suppose by hourly rates that isn't too bad, but on Best Buy's own website the reviews of their service are absolutely terrible! Out of 13 reviews there are seven one-star reviews compared with five five-star reviews.
Actually, when I look I find several well-recommended computer repair people in the area, although the best clue to their rates seem to be something like $85/hour, which seems like a lot, considering how long things seem to take when a computer goes wrong.
