Voting, challenge 72 (finally!)
I should know better than to say that everything is working, because as soon as I do that, something else goes wrong. So, my computer was fixed (I think) and then my Internet went haywire. Because of that, I couldn't even borrow my sister's laptop to use at the house, as I had been doing when my computer broke. And, because I don't have a car and the library within walking distance only has late hours on Mondays (which didn't happen this week due to New Years), I was unable to come here. I won't say that everything is back to normal, so that I don't tempt fate, but at least (for now) I can get online. *knock on wood*
As there was only one entry for the theme portion, I'm combining it with the cap entries.

Just a brief reiteration, in case you don't read the rules, but if you could not only vote for first, second, and third, but also for the special vote (best coloring), I'd appreciate it. I'm not entirely sure at the moment how I am going to handle winners with so few entrants, but I definitely would like to start the whole special vote process.
I will next put up voting for the October and November "best-of". (*sigh* Yes, I do realize it is January already.) I will put up the new challenge tomorrow.
Oh, and TB, are you able to get those last banners finished, or should I do it while I have both the use of my computer and the Internet?
