Julia Child just wrapped about 10 feet of string around a chicken on a rotisserie with bacon and a pound of butter.

I don't know why she had so much string! LOL She tied the chicken to the spit as she called it, then she put butter on it, then bacon and wrapped it in string again.
I don't like bacon, but my husband does that with butter on steaks and roasts. Not with the bacon though.
