Good advice...

I have some plus things in my favor on this. My brother (younger) lives in San Diego. He is deployed on the 17th of January but is fiance will still be there. I can stay with her until I find a place. I am also hoping a friend of mine will move with me.
Another plus, Phillip will only be 1 1/2 away. I am not moving for him, although it is a bonus. :).
