I'm pretty sure Rachael can not see in the dark. Quite certain.

But good story!!! I'm ecstatic for the update... and *sigh* about the ending. Looking forward toward the next installment. Also, loved the quote from WWBC. It's one of the scenes I remember most about the book.

Thank you! You have no idea how relieved I am to hear that.

WWBC is one of the most frustrating Hollows books. It has scenes like that, it has Rachel and Ivy holding hands and going on about how much they care for each other, and then absolutely nothing happens!!! I really liked that scene because for once Ivy was very clear about what she was thinking and feeling.

Thanks, that means a lot! Sorry if it made you sad, but considering how those two are I just couldn't see them resolving everything in one night. If it makes you feel better, things will get better for Ivy.

I'm glad!
And dont be sorry it means that you are writing them very well, because a lot of their interactions in the books make me sad too.
And you are right they would not be able to get past all there mess in a single night. NopeNope.
But that does make me feel better.

Beautiful...I hate the fact that it's actually truthful to the books, and the way you eased into the kiss was excruciatingly slow...but totally worth it. I've been sitting on the edge of my seat for weeks waiting for the third part...and now we're startin' all over again for the fourth. CAN'T WAIT!

As "mean" as it sounds, I'm glad something I wrote elicits that kind of edge-of-your-seat reaction. :D

Whew, at least it was worth it eh? I like playing with canon, taking something from where the books left off and twisting it to my own ends. ;) The books, as I've said before, are incredibly frustrating, and this is my way of dealing with that frustration.

Thanks for the wonderful feedback, and for being so patient!
