You know, in the right scenario, downward spirals can be pretty awesome. Everyone like water slides, and for those of us who enjoy roller coasters, a downward spiral is pretty hardcore. But I think my favourite kind of downward spiral would have to be those plastic funnel buckets that you see at grocery stores and in the mall, where you put a quarter in the little slot and it rolls around and around the funnel until it hits the bottom and goes through the hole into the bucket. I especially like to put two coins in and make them spin around to see if they hit each other (it's like those old Spinjas toys I used to have when I was a kid). Not only do you get to see the coin whiz around all fast, you also get the satisfaction of knowing you donated money to a good cause, because those things are usually collecting charity money or something.
