More family history

I just overheard some interesting history about the Hawaiian side of my family. I heard that we descended from King Kalakaua. Or we're related some how. He was the last reigning king of Hawaii until he died in 1891 at the age of 54. Neat huh

You have some very interesting stories. I can't imagine a time where a man would think nothing of trading his wife (even just for a night,) for a pair of boots (or a woman who would go along with it.)

Oooh, royalty in our midst. If I ever get the chance to visit Hawaii and I happen to get in trouble there, I'll have to tell them I'm friends with you. That'll make it all better, right? :P
