We learn that our dear Wilson isn't quite the best in the "title of episode" department; he doesn't act surprised or really all that annoyed that House thinks he's cheating, and House's references to "all your wives" and "all the women you loved who weren't your wife" make one wonder just how many women dear James has "loved." Also, House pays way too much (aka "just the right amount of") attention to Wilson's ties (and Wilson in general).
