Out of pure curiousity, how many calories does someone burn having sex? I have an account at fitday.com but I think their numbers are wrong. I am pretty sure I burn more than what they tell me I am, simply because of the sweat factor and my pulse rate.
The other question is, I was sticking pretty strictly to Weight Watchers (but not officially, since I wasn't paying membership or going to meetings, just using their point system really) and I have spent this whole week binging. I'll say it's "Smart binging"... meaning I ate okay foods, just in large doses. I think this is because I was exercising so much and not calculating proper points for the activities I do.
I walk to school, work, grocery stores... everywhere really, and I didn't count that as an exercise. For those of you on WW, if walking everywhere was apart of your normal daily activity, would you use the exercise/time/point deduction card to calculate how many points you've used? I didn't for the first 3 weeks, and now that I've had a week of binging, I'm wondering if I should have. I don't want to have this binge fest again. And I'm really going to try hard to stick to my strict WW diet.
And just for added info, my walk to school is about 15-20 minutes and I do the trip atleast 2 times a day and sometimes more.
