Apple pie is good and all, but that apple dumpling was absolutely amazing! They take a green apple and remove the core and skin. Then in the hole where the core used to be they put brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Then they cover the whole apple with a pie crust that is made with cream cheese. It's so so yummy.
