I tend to feel hollow, and often it'll happen with sleep deprivation. It's as if you are so exhausted that not all your brain is working at one time, and usually in order to stay functional you end up losing the part of your consciousness involved with experiencing and controlling emotions. We're like robots at that point, only keeping the parts of our brain on that are responsible for doing work. But don't worry. It'll be over soon!
