My favorite scene... (this is a hard question! damn you for making me think too much!) is when they are in the diner and Benecio threatens the waitress. Its super intense and is in stark contrast to the rest of the movie. It shows a different side of all the drugs. Very uncomfortable.. brilliant.

hmmm, that is a tough one...would the originators of this 4th of july shindig be celebrating todays america? if they would, then i say go for it, if they wouldn't, then maybe the 4th has lost it's original meaning and should no longer be celebrated...not under this 'freedom' banner anyway

I know what you mean, I may do something with friends on that day, or may be stuck in the house, barricading the door from our currently oppressive environment. Really though, it bothers me that any opposition toward them, they label us as a potential threat and unamerican.

Instead of celebrating our freedom, I'd like to think we're celebrating our fight for freedom.
