Name and meaning:. Theo, it means brave people; God's gift. Though he goes by a shorten version of his species name; Empoleon.
Age and date of birth: 17, 13th August (Leo)

Average Empoleons weigh roughly around 186.3 lbs/84.5 kg, Empo on the other hand is underweight due to previously having a messed up diet thanks to his ex-trainer Alice, he's roughly around 167.5 lbs/76 kg, this is also carried over in his human form, which makes him quite thin, around 119 lbs/54 kg. He's pretty average height wise, being about 5'09"/155 cm as an Empoleon and about 5'57"/170 as a human. He has a pretty sharp feature, amber eyes and a messy dark-blue hair as a human. His statue is rather poised due to being a contest Pokemon for most of his years. Oh, and his horns are pretty short, but they're actually still growing, so they might get longer eventually.

I'm sorry, but I'm gonna say his amber eyes are fairly odd, considering Empoleons pupil color are usually a dark shades of blue. Not much of his features as a Pokemon are carried in his human form, however his horn becomes a crown-like, accessory-looking... thing. It's more or less still a horn in his human form, as disturbing as it might sounds. He also sports some scars, but they're cleverly hidden under most of his clothes, though some might see small scars peeking from his hand from time to time despite him usually wearing long-sleeves.

Not yet, but he's pretty free-form in terms of love. But, in reality, he does seem to have a strange habit of playing bad pranks or saying the oddest things to his love interest whenever he do, back when he used to have a (somewhat) crush on Jasmine, he flipped his skirt and etc.

Biologically, Empo's 'parents' are an Ace Trainer's Empoleon and Ditto. He hasn't personally met either, but Empoleon is an introvert outside of battle, the Ditto on the other hand is fairly a sociable guy. Whether the two actually fell in love is pretty much a mystery though, all anyone knew is that the Ace Trainer wanted Piplups and he gave an extra egg to his cousin, Robin the Lass.
Robin is Empo's first trainer. As most trainer-Pokemon relationships goes, Robin cared Empo with all her heart as with how much Empo loved Robin. She's a sweet girl who grew up into a fine woman who is in a good position in a nice company on the age of 26. She's a pretty dedicated girl, back when Empo was still a Piplup, she used to bake treats and give a good balance between playing and training with Theo/Empo. She does still care for him, it's just that she can't give him much time as she used to back when she was 10.
That leaves Robin's younger sister, Alice. Alice in a first glance is a mainstream girl who likes to wear and do the latest trends. She doesn't really have goals or can do better time management than her sister, in fact she can rather get side-tracked which she forgotten about Theo/Empo and opted for a Jolteon she manage to get from a friend. Recently, she's trying to be more of a 'hipster', it's not working.
Finally, there's Lucas and his team. As time goes, he hasn't been that long with Lucas as he did with Robin, but their bond is just strong. Lucas was the person who adopted him as his own Pokemon and not only that, but pull him out from those fears of being abandoned or rejected. Lucas and Robin are by no means the same people and aren't replacing one or the other, but Lucas means much to him as Robin did. He's gonna show that boy gratitude and make sure he doesn't fail him.

That day when Alice came home with that new, haughty Jolteon. It felt like he was tossed aside without a second glance by her, even though it seemed like a small, short scene, it felt like a breaking point after believing Alice will put her time aside to bond with him like how Robin used to do.

That talk with Lucas regarding facing his fears. There were tears and doubts from him, but slowly, the kid manage to snap him out and pull him from the dark. It felt like there was a huge weight lifted from him at the time and he was extremely thankful of Lucas.

Despite (formerly) coming off from a well-funded family, his clothes aren't that fancy and pricey, he doesn't really try to wear something flashy not even in contests unless it's mandatory. Which kinda contradicts his need for attention, he prefers by his own words and action rather than his appearance or clothing, but it doesn't hurt to wear something simple yet nice.

A fuck-up, Empo believes that for everything and how he got abandoned twice was his own fault, he believes that his usefulness just ran out after Robin started to stop believing in her dream as a coordinator. It might seem little, but it traumatized the guy more than you think and make himself believe he's worthless.
