I feel like I'm being cheated on.

Apparently when I set dues last year as treasurer and the entire chapter voted on it, it didn't matter. Apparently 100 / fall and 130 / spring until the end of time really just meant when I was there. Maybe I missed something in a meeting, but the budget is very iffy.

I guess it's just a reflection of where the chapter's new priorities lie.
