1. Go to Image - adjustments - variations and click lighten once

Cyan: -50
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +50
Black: 0
Yellow
Cyan: -50
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +50

Neutral
Cyan: 100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -30
Black: 0

3. Create a new Brightness/Contrast layer
Brightness: +9
Contrast : +21

4. Create a new Hue/Saturation Layer
Master
Hue: 0
Saturation: +13
Lightness: 0

5. Flatten and you’re done!
