I'm fine with squid babies. They'll go on to be fine examples of human-cephalopod procreation. It's half witted psychotic ape babies that I'm more worried about.
Besides, not even tubal ligation could stop the mighty seed of the squid people.
Urban legend. I was told the same thing for years except they said 25 instead of 30. I set up my appointment originally for my birthday and then found out you only need to be 21 to get it done. However Planned Parenthood is the only place that won't try to talk you out of it. Originally my doctor was going to do it but he wanted me to pay for a consultation ($200 not covered by my insurance) and then wait a month or so before we did the actual operation (about $600, after co pay though it would come out to about $100ish).
Instead I walked into PP and dropped $400 and was out in about an hour.
all of that depends on doctor to doctor, and clinic to clinic.
Some won't do them if you haven't had children yet, and are under 30, and some won't even do it if you have 1 kid, and are over the age of 25. Some just won't do it at all.
I have 2 kids and a step son. I don't think a doctor would try to argue me out of the procedure for fear I'd punch him in the throat.
