Well....new plan. It may seem like alot of cals but compared 2 what ive been doing recently i just want 2 stop eating shit nd start eating healthy. by the end of july if this is going well i will cut out the lunch and snacks ( Read more... )

baby spinach is REALLY YUMMY... and its really low in cals too!.. out it in your sandwich with your lettuce? YUM!

im still working at bakers although my boss threatened to fire me for passing out all the time. i have lots of fruit before work now so thats ok. Actually my sister is growing some baby spinach so i'll definately try it.

Restricting to healthy food and cutting out all the shit will help give you more controll over what you put in your mouth! :)
How do you eat vitabrits with no milk? Isn't it really dry and hard to stomach? Although it would probably fill you up more when it expands in your stomach. Hrmmm.
I love spinach, especially wilted... just put in the microwave with a bit of water...
Good luck with this! 600 cals doesn't sound like too much.

I've never like the taste of milk so i have always had cereal dry. Its really filling though that if i just have two of them im not hungry for at lest 5 hours after that. they make you fell a bit bloated which is a feeling i really hate, but its well worth it .
