I can tell you I know from experience that she does that. She did that to me in September and I stopped talking to her.

yeah, i've stopped talking to her also. but its difficult for me because she lives next door to me in 407 and shes always in here because my roommate is friends with her. ugh. lol at least i know someone else has felt my pain.
