There's DEFINITE potential for a follow-up fic here! Dean needs to (1) remove heave from ass and (2) talk to Cas without being too much of a dick. But perhaps it won't happen all in one follow-up. Hehehe... you see, I'm pushing for a multi-chapter fic here. I'm sneaky like that. :-D
