So Honours started yesterday, which is very exciting. I'm intimidated but also excited at what this year is going to be. So apparently I'm iron deficient. Which is good I guess - that it isn't something worse. Couple more tests, but the doctor says I can start on iron tablets now. And in 3 weeks I'll get another blood test to see if things are improving ( Read more... )

Finally  went to the doctor yesterday after another killer headache. he doesn't know why i'm so tired lately or what is causing the headaches. so tomorrow morning i have a blood test. very icky. and if that is inconclsuive i get a CT scan of my head (oh here we go on the doctor merrygoround again). i shouldn't be sarcastic, i've got my fingers ( Read more... )

I have (finally) been ACCEPTED to Honours!

Very exciting. I'm now enrolled, and getting organised, starting to do some serious reading rather than the faffing around I have been doing. We don't hear about supervisors till two weeks before class... so hopefully I like them or I'm screwed for the year with no time to change before class. I didn't ( Read more... )
