I'm obsessed with educating myself on punctuation and grammar but I rarely put any of it to use, especially online. That's when it all goes to hell!
We have the Chicago Manual of Style, it's handy to have.

I haven't called my landlord for maintenance either for the same reasons. And one of my toilets is broken and there is a leak in the storage closet. I plan an calling right before I leave for Christmas.
