Joining

Sorry for the silence. Thanks to a forward email from a friend who's a graduate student at Stanford.  I've joined a children's writing critique group with mostly grad students from Stanford.  We had our first crit on Monday night and it seems to have resuscitated this picture book I had given up for dead.    I brought Hermione and she helped me ( Read more... )

Needless to say, I'm envious. I'd like to resurrect my pic book, but my critique group fell apart last year.

Fingers crossed that yours lasts longer and does a lot for you!

Not surprised that Hermione went unnoticed--good to know that your group member were focused!

I have two 5 month old chocolate labrador puppies, and I think the chances of them going unnoticed by anybody is rather slim :)

We're making progress though, they are calming down, and I'm hopeful that someday they'll be more manageable :)
