Because I'm crazy, I went to go see Harry Potter tonight. I went with that awesome person sharlotte who still hasn't made up her mind if she liked it or not. I however did. I'm not going to a do a full review just going to say that it's probably the best Harry Potter film. It's not as long and boring as the first two, nor is it feel like it's ( Read more... )

I liked the movie too. I haven't read the books, but I'm heard the next in the series is very dark and depressing. I like that each movie's getting less light-hearted and "grows up" with it's audience.

I saw it yesterday evening - in the auditorium right next to the one where my boss was waiting to see the next showing. Heehee!

I thought that it was pretty good. I agree that they missed the opportunity to set up the next movie, though I just chalked up the hissy fits to fourteen-year-olds having hormones. (Amusingly enough, Watson's performance in this movie reminded me of at least a couple of the campers who came through my program over the years. (; )

I still have not decided if I liked it. I love Ray Fiennes as Voldemort, but what is with his screwed up alien nose?

Emma Watson was definately over the top. Her blow up at Ron after the dance was stupid.

Overall, I guess it was good. The effects were great, and not at all fake looking like the first movie. Remember how cheesy the Quidditch games looked back then!!!

They definately don't go in to much detail in the movies like they do in the book, and that disapoints me every time.

The next movie will be by far the best, because it was my favorite book!!! I hope they don't disapoint me too much.

I think it will be weird in the next movie, when Emma has huge knockers, just like how Ron had a hairy chest in this one!! That kinda freaked me out.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang it still my favorite movie of the year!

I liked it. It was a little bit scary for the kids in the theatre, then again WTH were they doing in a theatre at 11pm? Poor things, tired and completely freaked out. I think Emma Watson ought to be replaced by Lucy Liu.
