band practice was all late and shit tonight. my back now hurts, and my ears are ringing a bit. i'm really loving the tone of the epiphone through the marshall, with a hint of distortion pedal in there. we ran through the arrangement of the new old song, and it's awesome. looking very much forward to playing it. hopefully a bunch of people will

one homeless guy was begging me for $ (apparently so he could buy a burger) and i offered him a full meal that i just bought, drink and all. he looked at it and said that it was "too foo-foo" for his tastes! bah humbug. IT WAS A TURKEY SAMMICH with veggies and a salad (basic iceberg) and nothing special. but he didn't want it. so i said no. i'm not giving him $ for booze because i know that is what he wanted.

but a vet was sitting about 3 feet away and i gave it to him and he called the other guy a "butt muncher 2-bit manwhore" and swallowed the sammich whole :-O
