Good luck fighting this. When I was working for Rogers they had the same charge for past due on accounts that were up to date in "error". The two years I was working there, this "error" was never fixed. The people that found it and called to complain got a credit but how many people just do not notice the extra $2-5 charge? Imagine how many millions of $$ that people overpay because they do not look hard enough at their bill.
