Yesterday one of my friends asked me if i wanted to go lift weights with him..so of course i said yes. It was the first time in a year that i had lifted. I lifted weights yesterday focusing on my arms and i started at 132 did 10 reps,then 5 at 180,then 4 at 205,then 3 at 225lbs benching. Then we went and did various other arm lifts. But it feels
