It goes in your myinfo section, like a livejournal override.

Most of them turn out ugly and tacky, but there are good ones. There's different communities dedicated to making them; thats where Ilka found mine. I'd say go take one of those.

You could always make your own, with Thomas's Myspace Editor or whatever, but I've never used it.
