Why can't the left ever stand united?
Why are we all bogged down in dogmatic literature?
Why can't we ever stand as one?
Why is it always petty differences?
Why can't we stand as a united front?
We all want mass workers movements, yet we all have a go at one another?
Why are we all so sectarian?

The left is unable to stand united because it has become mostly an exercise in self-satire. The marches, impassioned speeches, placards, the communist manifesto, all of it is now accepted into its own comfortable little niche in society. The existence of the revolutionary has now been accepted by the whole of the existing society, to change the existing society would mean losing that niche. The 'left' has become ineffective at pushing its causes because it is no longer radical, it's simply where all the young people with a cause turn up, giving them an alternative system to follow. It is impotent by choice.
