Hm, so they are what, a gang of costumed thugs? robbers? a murders club? This sort of thing can't just be ignored, if that is the case.

That is no costumes. I would not go out, if I were you. Unless you have some special powers to keep you safe.

Yes. There is more to this city and its visitors they you think. If you have to leave your home, make sure you are not alone. And well armed.
