D-Did you visit the Latvian booth...? There were all kinds of singing and dancing and folk art there...

Um, but... y-yeah, I plan on going to the job fair. I'm... k-kind of in need of... money, too, b-but for different reasons, but... wh-what's a "crime scene investigator"? Are they like... detectives...?

I did, actually. It was fantastic singing and dancing. Latvian's are fascinating. I'm in the same position, in the money needing department.

Crime scene investigators are the people who go over crimes to find evidence and help put the bad guys away. We are a bit like detectives in that respect. What kind of job are you hoping to find?

I'm so glad you liked it... th-the booth, I mean! Latvians are fun-loving people, even when times are tough, s-so... thank you...!

That sounds like a very, very neat job... I-I hope you can find a job like that here. I'm sure they must have something like that, but... y-yeah, I'm just looking for something simply, like maybe a filing or secretary job... N-Nothing big, like what you're looking for.

He he... Well, I see you enjoyed yourself. My crew did to. Found any rum while you were at it?

No rum, although I did find my favorite brand of coffee! That was a shock as it is hard to get a hold of even back in my own world. Did your crew bring you back some good things?

Yes, they did. Both premium rum and spiced rum to. Two cases. I haven't gotten gifts like that in a long, long time. I was happy they were able to find it.

Seemed like the bazaar had just about everything you could imagine and then some. Maybe I'll bring a few of my finds over to your ship? I still want to check it out. I purchased a rather interesting stargazing pocket telescope and a book I think is on the stars of this world. Hard to see from here in the city. Maybe we can take a look and find out if it has any accuracy to it.
