I'm actually bored at work today.

ENTERTAIN MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I just noticed on one of our websites at work that my projected retirement date is 01/01/2073.... one day before I would turn 100.

Looks like I'm going to be here a while.... 

Why?  You ask?

Because this morning I declared the DC "the Fortress of Solitude".

Mainly because it can be SO quiet and we can't get any cell phone signals.  It started in my head this morning because I find it amusing that the administrators have meetings in a huge warehouse they call the "Batcave".

I am financially screwed from being unemployed for 7 months.  If any of you can help me out, even if only temporarily, I would REALLY appreciate it.  You guys who know me well know how difficult it is for me to ask for help.

Just to let everyone know, I have't been able to get online from home recently, so if you send me an email or a myspace message, it may take me a while to get back to you.  Since you know how much I love talking on the phone, you can always send me a text if you need me.  :o)

For a couple of crazy reasons....I can't wait until Monday night... besides Heroes!

Oh, and I LOVE my job already!!!  :o)  (ow...even typing loudly hurts my widdle hed)

I got the offer letter!!  I fill out paperwork Thursday night, and start Friday!!!!

I got a text message from Jaime a little while ago...   "He's going to offer you the job.  He's going to call you later today!"    and another a few minutes ago...  "He asked me if you were still interested!  LOL"

::does a happy dance in the corner::

Just think, In a few weeks, I'll be able to actually buy groceries again!!
