Hanajima... doesn't dislike Kohaku, but she's somewhat wary of her because she can tell that there's something not quite right about her. Also, robot sister wtf.

Hanajima doesn't quite know what to make of Yuki either. She's intrigued by Yuki and her theories about psychic powers and evolution and so forth, and is willing to help her out for the time being, but she doesn't quite trust her.

Hyatt respects Il Palazzo and is pretty much willing to do whatever he says. In a platonic way.

Hanajima likes Hanatarou, because he's genuinely caring and nice (and cute) and she's got a soft spot for that sort of person. I don't think she quite considers him a friend yet- they haven't talked enough- but if they interacted more she probably would eventually.
