What's the matter with Kansas? So goes the question. From my perspective, there's only one thing that's the matter with Kansas:

I'm not from there, but for some reason everyone thinks I am!I mean, seriously! Do I go around with hayseed in my teeth or something? Do I wear bib overalls? Do I stink like a hog waller? I don't know plowing the back 40

Why so much bouncing as a child? Did your father's (or mother) work require it? Hugs and peace~~~

There are trips there at least once a year, sometimes more.
The habit of regularly returning there will forever convince people that you're from there! Because it's not as if there's a Disneyland there, and many people are probably thinking, "Well, why WOULD you go there so often unless you were from there?"

And if you have family and relatives there, well... it's guilt by association. ;)
