It's 9 a.m., 25 degrees and sunny. The live Chennai weather website told me so. It also tells me that it feels like 28, but I can tell you that it feels like 23, or thereabouts. Well, you're 25º (or 28º, or whatever) warmer than we are. But if clothes make the man, so to one suspects for the woman. I remember travelling with two German women in Egypt who wore tight and revealing, and were consistently surprised by the assumptions that Egyptian men would draw based on that. After a week, I wondered why they hadn't learned. (Though they asked me to travel with them as protective camouflage(grin)
