did you call x4-work, assuming you found your card, they are the ones who activate the cards?

I called 'em, but they said they won't do anything for me unless the front desk calls them, and the front desk said they can't do anything unless I call them, sooooo...i dunno what's happening. They gave me a temp card at the front desk, i'll just keep it till my card works.
