[Mitsuhide sounds incredibly thoughtful today. There is good reason for that, which is revealed almost immediately.]I have now been in Vatheon for a year... or, rather, somewhat more than a year. The exact day of that anniversary passed by without me even realising it. I confess I was somewhat occupied with other matters, at the time. Better late

All that happened to you here?

[You don't know the half of it.]
Curses are not as frequent as they used to be. There was a time when we would be affected by one every other week, so I have seen many examples of what the Lamufao can do.

Is a curse like a debuffer? [Lmfao sob. Sorry he's sometimes a gamer.]
Who's Lamufao?

[A brief pause.]
The Lamufao is the coral you may have seen in the central area of Vatheon. It possesses great power, including the power to put us through these curses. A curse is... well. Anything, really. I gave you many examples that affected people directly, but sometimes it has simply brought unusual weather into the dome, or changed what Vatheon looks like.
From what I can tell there are no real limitations to what it can do. A while ago it was damaged, however, and since then the curses have happened a lot less frequently.

... I suppose you have heard of my arrival, but I wished to make a formal introduction Lord Mitsuhide.

I must confess that I had not, but I have been somewhat withdrawn recently.
[There is a long pause, because... yes, this is a little awkward. But Mitsuhide has no ill feelings towards this man at all, and actually respects him, as most do.]
Well met, Crimson Samurai. It is an honour to meet you outside of the battlefield.

*His voice somewhat nostalgic. The last time he had met this man was in Oshi castle was it not?
So many things have happened since then.*

It is hard to believe that this city even exists, sometimes, and yet... here we are.

Have you met the others of our era, yet?

While the last note of his message made the gentle smile on her face disappear abruptly, Gracia decided to tackle something that's been bothering her severely for the past few months. First things first, though... ]
[ A laugh. ]
At least that certain member of your household did it for somebody she loves. That makes it worth the cleaning and fixing!

It is true.
[And then he laughs, long and loud.]
But I think we should still avoid creating a situation where things need fixing again, don't you? Our poor oven might not be able to handle much more damage.

[ As her laughter dies down and she's left to ponder on her original question, Gracia feels her neck and cheeks warm up. Was she really about to ask her father about something so...naughty? And private?
. . . .
Yes she was. It was unavoidable now. How could she pretend to ignore that curiosity of hers when at times during the night, she could clearly hear their, err, happiness reverberate within her own bedroom walls? Granted, it's only happened once or twice, but it was enough to ignite a multitude of questions. Or perhaps just one: Was she doing it wrong? She's never...
...She shakes her head, and takes a long, deep breath.
Who else could she ask regarding things like this but her father, after all? ]
