[He'd obviously meant to make a voice post instead; there is no way Mitsuhide would ever delibrately make a video post looking quite so tired and unkempt. The samurai is lying down on his bed, long hair partially obscuring his face. He has set the SFC down next to him.]The mood that last curse put me in was wonderful, but... nevertheless, I find

You're awake?
[He smiles, a little -- maybe a touch amused, but he's allowed that much after a week running after his drunken friend.]
Your blade is returned, now that it is safe to be in your hands again.
[He walks over to the bed, and then sits on the edge of the mattress, his eyes sweeping over Mitsuhide. Mitsuhide looks as though he's been drinking for a week, by Mitsuhide's usual standards.]
How do you feel?
Reply
...thank you, Lord Motochika.
[He pulls himself into a sitting position and rests against the headboard of his bed.]
I feel... well, I cannot lie. I honestly feel dreadful. I don't think I could keep any food down today.
[The samurai pulls a face.]
Hopefully this hangover will not last long.

[He will bring Mitsuhide some later, anyway.]
You spent seven days inebriated. Yet you did not consume any alcohol. It could go either way.

I... no, I don't think so.
[Seven days of being drunk... it was a good job Motochika has ensured he stayed indoors, for most of that time. During his one trip out he was fairly certain he'd talked to several people he'd never encountered before. Not the best of first impressions at all.]
More than a day of this would be very unpleasant, but I have no choice but to deal with it.
[He wrinkles his nose for a moment.]
Perhaps I will get on with reading one of my books during this time.

Which book do you want?

That one.
[He points to a loan book on his shelf. It's a large volume of Western fairytales; there is a small bookmark just poking out of the top.]
Many of the tales in that book are short, and shorter stories will likely be easier to fully digest right now.

Your hangover is not so bad that you have become tangled. That is a promising sign.

...Vatheon's library truly does not disappoint.
[He makes to open it up, but stops when his friend brushes the hair away. An almost shy expression crosses his features.]
My Lord... you've touched my hair a lot recently, haven't you?
[A shake of the head, and then a short laugh.]
I suppose it is, at that. It would have been rather frustrating if it were... tangled hair is such a pain to deal with.

[He knows that he has, and it shows in his expression, which is confident as ever and comfortable in his welcome. A moment later he looks to the cover of the book curiously.]
What sort of tales are these?

It is a book of Western fairytales; the stories are varied in nature, many dark, some much lighter, and most with some kind of lesson to impart.
[He traces the illustration at the start of the next story with a finger. It is of a tower; there is an old woman stood at the bottom of it, gaze lifted upwards.]
The artwork that accompanies it is wonderful indeed. Look at that detailing!
