[He turns the heat down and places a lid over the stew.]
Cooking has come to be something I enjoy quite a bit. I never would have guessed it can be so fulfilling.

[He prepares his sides with care and skill. The improvements he has made in his cooking are obvious just by watching his hands when he cuts and washes. They are quicker and more practised.]
