took the GRE today. THRILLED with my results. a professor that knows me well told me that i have good chances of getting into a top-five public health school (namely u. of minnesota) with my scores. nice.

some schools add them together. some departments are really only interested in one or the other.

i completely freaked out with the computer thing. i hated staring at that computer the whole time - it threw my equilibrium off. i've heard that people take tests best in the same environment that they studied in, and i certainly don't look up at a screen when i study!

i think it's a good idea to get the test done with. the scores are good for five years typically, so you have some time to think about it.
